- Packages are shipped from California, USA.
- For Lice R Gone the only outside marking on package states "Non-Toxic Enzymes".
- MONEY ORDER/MAIL IN: If you plan to purchase by sending a money order, please utilize our ordering system to get the correct totals and shipping. You can chose a "purchase by money order" option which allows you to print out a mail-in order. All Money Orders must be in U.S. Dollars.
- International customers are responsible for all fees and taxes assessed by their locale.
- Orders received by 11am Pacific Standard Time Monday - Friday are shipped same day (excluding Holidays).
- Inside US shipping methods are your choice of US Postal Priority or United Parcel Service (UPS).
- Canadian shipments are by United Parcel Service and all other international shipping is by US Postal Express.
US Postal
- Priority (2-4 days, not guaranteed).
- All U.S. priority shipping has a delivery confirmation number and customers are responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been scanned as delivered.
- United Parcel Service - You pick how fast.
- Next Day (Saturday Delivery available for extra charge)
- If your ordering on Friday delivery would be Monday. However, if Saturday delivery is important, be advised that there is an additional charge which will be applied to your account. Please let us know with a note in the space provided on the "fill in your information" page if you want Saturday delivery.
- 2nd Day
- Orders placed on Thursday are delivered Monday. Orders placed on Friday are delivered Tuesday.
- Ground (2-6 days depending on distance from California).
- PRIVACY NOTICE: All transactions occur on a secure server. No third party can gain access to this information. No information provided during ordering is ever sold, traded or shared. Your transaction remains private.
- SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES: Orders from outside the United States may be subject to additional shipping charges. If a correct email has been provided, you will be notified of these additions.
